A method of stabilizing a power line and a computer-readable recording medium for executing the method are provided to select a weak area by using bus sensitivity information at a vertex of a curve formed by parameters and a line voltage. A computer receives information on a failure line in an electric system(S110), and reads information of the electric system(S120). A line constant of the failure line is replaced by a failure line constant comprising parameters reflecting accident influence to calculate the relation between the parameters and a line voltage(S130). A threshold parameter value nearest to the fail parameter value among the parameters is calculated(S150). The relative sensitivity of buses in the electric system for the parameter is calculated(S160). A weak bus information comprising identification information and the relative sensitivity information is outputted(S170).
