A pipe for mixing gas with water and a water tank, an aqua farm and a waste water treatment apparatus by using the same are provided to dissolve and supply effectively gas such as oxygen and ozone and the like within the water in order to purify the water. A conduit line(10) flows water therein and maintains the constant volume. A gas dissolution member is installed at a side of a connection pipe of the conduit line and to the inside of the conduit line and dissolves easily gas through the vortex mixing of gas and water. The conduit line is one of a smooth line or a folded line having a trough for promoting the generation of vortex and constructed by the synthetic resin. The gas dissolution member includes the first gas dissolution member(32) installed between the conduit line and the connection pipe. The second gas dissolution member(34) is installed to the inside of the conduit line longitudinally.
