An electric plug which comprises a pair of blades, a core made of thermosetting resin positioned between blades to hold said pair of blades in place, and a plug body injection molded to hold the core so that the core is exposed at i ts front surface. An electric plug is produced by pressure applying wires to a pair of blades, positioning a core between the blades to hold blades in place, and injection molding a plu g body to hold the core so that the core is exposed at its front surface.
