A reinforcement member is provided to strengthen the stability of a structure and to reduce the quantity of reinforcing bars required by increasing the binding strength of a reinforcement member and soil mass. The reinforcement member contains: a reinforcing bar(10); and a concrete cover layer(100) covered on the outer circumference of the reinforcing bar to form pressure planes(101) on both ends of the cover layer in the longitudinal direction. Hereon the concrete cover layer formed on the outer circumference of the reinforcing bar is formed to have a concave-convex structure or a spiral structure. |
