An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) device with an impurity exhauster and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce deterioration of the device by diffusing impurities at a bottom of an insulating layer through an exposed portion as a discharge port. In an OLED device with an impurity exhauster, a first electrode(220) defines a light emission region by being formed on a substrate(210). A plurality of driving devices and a plurality of wirings are formed on the substrate(210). An insulating layer(240) for defining a non-emission region is formed on a top part of a corresponding region to insulate the driving devices and the wirings. An exhausting structure(250) is formed on a top portion of the insulating layer(240), wherein a bottom surface of the exhausting structure(250) is smaller than a top surface of the exhausting structure(250). And, an organic material layer and a second electrode(270) are formed on the whole top surface of the formed structure.
