A connection member of a thermal insulation material in an insulation wall and the construction method thereof are provided to mount the thermal insulation material to the wall firmly by fitting the thermal insulation material between assembling pieces, and to prevent noise and dew condensation by removing the gap between the thermal insulation material and the wall. A connection member(10) couples plural thermal insulation materials(40) arranged at a wall(W) of a building, and includes a partition wall(20) contacted and inserted between both sides of the thermal insulation materials and a couple of assembling pieces(30) formed at both sides of the partition wall and combined with both ends of the thermal insulation materials. A displacement preventive projection(31) is protruded integrally and formed longitudinally in the assembling piece to fit the thermal insulation material between the assembling pieces. The center of the assembling piece is gently curved inward to flexibly combine both ends of the thermal insulation material. The displacement preventive projection is composed of a guide surface(31a) curved to slide both ends of the thermal insulation material, and a displacement preventive sill(31b) restricting displacement of the thermal insulation material.
