<p>The biochemical, biological/pharmacological test plate comprises wells subdivided into hollow section and microcavity discretes, for receiving culture cells and their products to test. The hollow section (21) comprises an opening placed on higher faces of the plate that extends to the depth of the plate. The microcavity discretes are grouped at each opening from higher part into lower part of the hollow section. The side walls of each microcavity are inclined towards the center and bottom of the microcavity. The biochemical, biological/pharmacological test plate comprises wells subdivided into hollow section and microcavity discretes, for receiving culture cells and their products to test. The hollow section (21) comprises an opening placed on top faces of the plate that extends to the depth of the plate. The microcavity discretes are grouped at the each opening from higher part into lower part of the hollow section. The side walls of each microcavity are inclined towards the center and bottom of the microcavity. The microcavity has a depth of 50-200 mu m and a square/rectangular form cross section having length and width of 100-400 mu m. The hollow section has a depth of 100-500 mu m and a square/rectangular form cross section having length and width of 500-2000 mu m. The well has C and D microcavity lines with opening in hollow section, where C and D are whole numbers of >=2. The plate is tested in a biocompatible polyurethane resin and transparent to the light. Surface of the higher face of the plate is treated hydrophobically. The surface of the side walls (210) of the hollow section, and the side walls and the bottom of the microcavity is treated hydrophilically. The test plate comprises an electric, electronic and/or optical component to read the test result. An independent claim is included for manufacturing the biochemical, biological or pharmacological test plate.</p> |
