<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telemedicine system capable of measuring and diagnosing biological information on a subject at a remote place for a long time without imposing excessive loads onto a communication network. <P>SOLUTION: Diagnosis based on the biological information measured by a biological information diagnostic apparatus 1 is staged into a first diagnosis by a terminal 2 and a second diagnosis by a biological information diagnostic apparatus 5, and the majority is spent for the first diagnosis, so that excessive loads are not imposed upon the communication network 3, the biological information on the subject can be measured for a long time, and diagnosed at a remote place.
