<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calculation load required for obtaining relationship between an entry and a node in meaning recognition. <P>SOLUTION: A relationship calculation device is equipped with an input part 1 in which words are inputted from the outside and an output part 7 from which a calculation result is outputted, and further, the device is equipped with an entry DB2, an entry DB3, a node DB4, and a relationship DB5, and is attained by a storage device comprising an HDD and a memory. The device is also equipped with a relationship calculation part 6 and is attained by execution of a program by a calculation device comprising a MPU.
