PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting apparatus capable of feeding out a sheet interposed between a press-adhered tool and a TCP (Tape Carrier Package) for a fixed length each time the TCP is press-adhered onto a substrate. SOLUTION: A mounting apparatus comprises: an XY table 2 provided in an apparatus body 1 for holding a substrate; a press-adhering tool 7 provided at a position facing the XY table so as to be driven up and down; a cassette which includes a feed-out shaft 16 around which a sheet 15 is mounted, and a take-up body 18 for taking up the sheet mounted around the feed-out shaft and is attachably and detachably mounted in the apparatus body; a take-up motor for feeding the sheet by rotating the take-up body after the press-adhering tool carries out press-adhering of a TCP through the sheet to the substrate; a rotator 41 in contact with the sheet wound around a feed-out body or the take-up shaft, which rotates while being linked with the feed-out body or the take-up shaft when feeding the sheet by rotating the take-up body through the take-up motor; and a control device 52 which detects a sheet feeding length from the rotation of the rotator, and controls the rotation of the take-up body due to the take-up motor based on the feeding length.
