PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope for which the imaging device of the electronic endoscope can be exchanged to the imaging device having different specifications. SOLUTION: The distal end part 60 of the insertion part 52 of the electronic endoscope 51 comprises: a distal end member 31 provided on the distal end part 60 and provided with an imaging device attaching hole 22 which is a housing part for housing the imaging device 17; and an external adjusting member 12 which is an adjusting member provided between the imaging device 17 and the imaging device attaching hole 22 for fixing the imaging device 17 to the inside of the imaging device attaching hole 22.
