<p>The utility model relates to a feed charging and discharging apparatus of coke oven, especially relates to a dust removing coke guide vehicle used in horizontal carbonization chamber. The coke guide vehicle includes steel framework, running mechanism, coke guide device, door cleaning device and two-ends coke disposal apparatus, characterized in that a door lifting and door jamb cleaning apparatus is mounted on the steel framework. The said door lifting and door jamb cleaning apparatus comprise coke oven door lifting device and coke oven door jamb cleaning device and rotation device, wherein the door lifting device and the door jamb cleaning device are arranged on said framework at an angle of 90°. On the steel framework above the coke guide device and near the coke oven side there is a moving framework of smoke collection on cokery mouth. Adding a moving framework of smoke collection on cokery mouth can realize simultaneous collection of smoke from coke at cokery mouth and coke separated from the oven, which can obtain a good dust removing effect. Integrating the door lifting device and the door jamb cleaning device together provides compact structure for the coke guide vehicle. It helps to finish the operation of the carbonization chamber with one hole at two positions, and saves operation time. Two-ends coke disposal apparatus can automatically dispose the end coke generated from coke guide, door cleaning and door jamb cleaning, which can reduce the manpower.</p> |
