A mold integrally assembled with a gang form is provided to improve the quality of a concrete structure by integrally forming an inner mold with the gang form, and to reduce manpower and working hours by mechanically separating and moving the inner mold upstairs. An outer mold(12) is installed outside to form a concrete wall, and an inner mold(30) is installed inside to form the concrete wall. A hinge shaft is mounted in a gang form(10), and a connecting member is connected to the hinge shaft to turn the inner mold to the hinge shaft. An outer frame(11) is installed outside the outer mold, and vertically placed in the ground. The connecting member is connected to the outer frame, and the hinge shaft is installed in a horizontal frame(17). The inner mold is installed in an inner frame(19), and the inner frame is turned and installed to the hinge shaft. The inner mold is vertically installed to form the concrete wall, separated from the concrete wall after forming the concrete wall and lifted up with the gang form by rotating around a turning shaft.
