PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic premium delivery system capable of providing an effect of sales promotion by providing, at arbitrary timing, a premium to a customer who have purchased commodities before.

SOLUTION: This electronic premium delivery system for delivering an electronic premium to a customer-side terminal is so structured that an agent program for transmitting customer information to the electronic premium delivery system by authenticating an ID attached to a commodity is distributed to the customer-side terminal; and an electronic premium with functional restriction withdrawn by executing additional authentication applied thereto is delivered to the customer-side terminal related to the customer information received and stored in initial authentication by the agent program.
