<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide infrared absorption spectrum measuring equipment which can simply and accurately measure the amount of adhesion of a drug, cosmetics, secreta, etc., to the surface of the skin, and a method for measuring an infrared absorption spectrum. <P>SOLUTION: This infrared absorption spectrum measuring equipment for measuring a sample on the surface of the skin has an infrared optical fiber for guiding infrared light applied from an infrared irradiated part, and reflected light from the sample. A part of the infrared optical fiber serves as an optical fiber probe. Characteristically, the infrared absorption spectrum measuring equipment is equipped with a computing means for correcting fluctuation in absorbance, which is caused by a change in an area of contact between the skin and the optical fiber probe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
