PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a heat-shrinkable label which is impressive, has high wear resistance, is easy to manufacture, and imparts frost-like representation to a container. SOLUTION: Manufactured is the heat-shrinkable label which is provided with a varnish layer 3 containing inorganic particles on a surface of a label base material 1 to be inside when fitted to the container across a print layer 2, provided with a mat layer 4 containing inorganic particles at a portion of a surface to be outside which does not face the print layer 2, and provided with a flaw preventive layer 5 thereupon over the entire surface of the mat layer 4 and the other surface of the label base material 1 where the mat layer 4 is not provided.
