WATER TREATMENT METHOD, WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING REGENERATED WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing regenerated water by the combination of a membrane separation activated sludge method and a membrane separation treatment method using reverse osmosis membrane by which the deterioration of the permeation performace or the separation performance of the reverse osmosis membrane cuased by the propagation of microorganisms or the deposition of the microorganisms or the metabolite is prevented and an apparatus for the same.

SOLUTION: In the water treatment method having a step for treating water to be treated with activated sludge in a biological treatment vessel, membrane-separating the activated sludge-treated water in the biological treatment and reverse osmosis-treating the membrane separated water, ultraviolet treatment is carried out after the membrane separation treatment and before the reverse osmosis treatment. Further after heavy metal ions and a reducing agent are added, a reducing agent is added right before the reverse osmosis treatment.
