<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor that performs correction in which influence of pixels other than a pixel to be corrected is taken into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor has a table storage means of storing a density correction table TB1 wherein an input pixel value of a local pixel to be corrected among a plurality of pixels, an input pixel value of a reference pixel whose position relation with the local pixel meets a specified position condition, and an output pixel value of the local pixel are made to correspond to one another, an image correction means of performing correction processing for calculating a correction value of an input pixel of the local pixel by using the density correction table, and an output means of outputting control data generated based upon the correction value to an image forming means having a plurality of pixel output means. The image correcting means can calculate the correction value by a plurality of algorithms using different parts of the density correction table and perform the correction processing by one algorithm selected under a specific selection condition out of the plurality of algorithms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
