PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet delivering device capable of preventing an outer circumferential surface of a kick roller other than a high friction part from being brought into contact with paper sheets, and preventing the paper sheets from being carelessly delivered, and reliably preventing double feed of the paper sheets. SOLUTION: The paper sheet delivering device comprises a kick roller which is pressed against paper sheet located on the outermost side of a laminate of paper sheets to take out the paper sheets, a feed roller for delivering the paper sheets taken out of the laminate, and a gate roller which is provided facing the feed roller to prevent any double feed of the paper sheets. A projection part consisting of a member having the high friction coefficient is provided on a part of an outer circumferential surface of the feed roller, an outer circumferential surface of the projection part is pressed against the paper sheets, an outer circumferential surface of the kick roller other than the projection part is maintained in a non-contact state with the paper sheets, and the kick roller is rotated.
