摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device whose number of processes in a manufacturing process can be reduced, and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrooptical device 1 comprises: an element substrate 60 having pixel electrodes 55 provided in correspondence with a plurality of pixels; a counter substrate 70 which is arranged opposite to the element substrate 60 and which has a color filter of a plurality of colors provided in correspondence with the plurality of pixels and has a common electrode 56, and an electrooptical material held between the element substrate 60 and the counter substrate 70. The electrooptical device 1 is provided with a conduction section 76 for supplying potential from the element substrate 60 to the common electrode 56 of the counter substrate 70. The conduction section 76 is so formed that color filters 72R, 72B, and 72G are laminated in the area corresponding to the conduction section 60 of the counter substrate 70.
