<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusion solution bag where adhesive strength appropriate to each of a weakly sealed part and strongly sealed parts can be obtained and which is produced at low costs, and to provide a production method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In the plastic infusion solution bag 1, ends where mouth members 2 and 3 are arranged are bonded liquid-tightly by the strongly sealed parts 4 and 5. The bag 1 is divided into a plurality of chambers 7 and 8 by the weakly sealed part 6. When using the bag 1, the weakly sealed part 6 are separated to mix chemicals in the respective chambers 7 and 8. At corresponding positions on both of the outer surfaces of the strongly sealed parts 4 and 5, dot-like or small-circular recessed parts 41 and 51 are formed so as to be distributed to bond the strongly sealed parts 4 and 5. At corresponding positions on both of the outer surfaces of the weakly sealed part 6, a dot-like or small-circular recessed part 61 is formed so as to be distributed at a sealing temperature lower than that of the strongly sealed parts 4 and 5 to bond the weakly sealed part 6. The strongly sealed parts 4 and 5 are suitably bonded by heat at a sealing temperature of 140°C to 160°C and the weakly sealed part 6 is bonded by heat at a sealing temperature of 120°C to 135°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
