<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely detach a fuel cell cartridge mounted on a display device by preventing leakage of fuel liquid to outside, adhesion to human body, further, danger like explosion. <P>SOLUTION: When detaching the fuel cell cartridge mounted on the display device, a control signal for detaching the fuel cell cartridge from an operation part of the display device is transmitted to detect residual quantity of the fuel liquid in the fuel cell cartridge. When a residual quantity is detected, a warning is displayed on a display screen of the display device, and a detaching mechanism is locked.
