PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission efficiency and to shorten time required for cell search processing by simplifying frame configuration.

SOLUTION: A PLCH pattern generation part 105 generates a pilot pattern by arranging subcarriers so that the same pilot signal is arranged in each of four subcarriers continuous on a frequency axis, pilot signals to which group codes are not multiplied are arranged in two adjacent subcarriers among the four continuous subcarriers in which the same pilot signal is arranged and pilot signals to which the group codes are multiplied are arranged in the two remaining adjacent subcarriers. A predetermined pilot pattern is generated by arranging pilot signals input from spreading part 104 in predetermined arrangement. A frame assembly part 107 arranges a pilot signal system and a TCH signal on predetermined positions on the frequency axis and a time axis.
