PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spoiler device for a vehicle capable of improving vibration characteristics of a horizontal wing as the need arises without modifying a horizontal wing body. SOLUTION: The spoiler device 12 for the vehicle mounted to an external surface of the vehicle body is equipped with a hollow horizontal wing body 20 extending in the horizontal direction, and an elastic member 21 inserted into the horizontal wing body 20. The elastic member 21 is inserted into the inside of the horizontal wing body 20 from an opening end 20a of the horizontal wing body 20 after the horizontal wing body 20 is molded in a predetermined shape. This elastic member 21 is made of a material which generates certain degree of elastic restoring force in a compressed state like a synthetic resin foam body. A slide member 30 having smaller friction coefficient than the elastic member is provided on a portion contacting the inner surface of the horizontal wing body 20 of the elastic member 21.
