PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent sheet for decoration which is capable of stably maintaining a three-dimensional decoration effect for a long time by effectively utilizing natural light and the like. SOLUTION: The peripheral end face of a sheet body made of a transparent synthetic resin is provided with a tapered face which is inclined inward in the direction of the surface side of the sheet body, while a decoration part composed of figures, marks, characters or combinations thereof is formed at the back of the sheet body by V-shaped grooves made by cutting. An incident light coming into a thick wall part of the sheet body from the tapered face of the peripheral end face of the sheet body is made to be reflected diffusedly to the surface side of the sheet body, on the boundary surface constituted of the inclined bottom surface of the V-shaped groove and thereby a stereoscopic effect is given to the decoration part in this constitution.
