PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cover, which is comfortable to be seated by decreasing the amount of rubbing against the skin due to a difference in level between the seat cover and the base material of a seat coming out from the seat cover, and further can be dried naturally with the wet seat cover while mounted on a seat. SOLUTION: This seat cover includes: a pair of shoulder belt insert holes 11, 11 formed at a predetermined space; and a crotch belt insert hole 12 formed on the lower side between the shoulder belt insert holes 11, 11, wherein a pair of hole covering parts 13, 13 covering the shoulder belt insert holes 11, 11 are provided on the front side of a cover body.
