PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization device of a transmission capable of improving shift feeling. SOLUTION: This synchronization device 1 is provided with a shifting key 52 fitted into a clutch hub 50 and movable in the axial direction, synchronizer rings 41, 42, and a clutch hub sleeve 60. The synchronizer rings 41, 42 include outer peripheral teeth 45, 46 fitted into the clutch hub sleeve 60 and protruding parts 145, 146 protruding toward the shifting key 52. The shifting key 52 includes an inclined face 252 capable of being abutted on the protruding parts 145, 146 and inclined for the direction of rotation. The inclined face 252 is inclined to resist rotation of the synchronizer rings 41, 42 when the shifting key 52 is pressed against the protruding parts 145, 146 and the inclined face 252 is abutted on the protruding parts 145, 146 at synchronization operation time.
