PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertically loading and unloading device for a transportable fire-fighting pump with which the transportable fire-fighting pump can be detached from a load receiving table and mounted easily by locking and unlocking by light operation. SOLUTION: A rail frame for regulating the attitude of a lift truck and moving it forward and backward is mounted to the bed of a vehicle, and an upper link and a lower link for pivotally supporting a gate frame and a hydraulic cylinder power source for vertically moving the upper link and the lower link are arranged at the lift truck. The load receiving table composed of a load receiving table frame and a load receiving tray plate is arranged in the gate frame. A fixing latch for engaging with the transportable fire-fighting pump and a rotary hook metal fitting with a lock are arranged at the load receiving table. A lock shaft with a handle for locking the lift truck to a housing position in front of the rail frame is arranged at the load receiving table, and a lock bearing hole for inserting the lock shaft with the handle is arranged at the rail frame. An automatic lock catcher which automatically engages with the engaging shaft of the lift truck and locks it to a vertically loading and unloading position at the rear part is arranged at the rail frame.
