Nanoparticle (I), based on covalently bonded polyhedral oligomer silasesquioxane with a particle size of 1-100 nm, obtained by deagglomerating or by chemically reacting at least two different, optionally agglomerated, available functionalized reactive polyhedral oligomer silasesquioxane (POSS) components with a particle size of 1 mu m in a liquid or molten matrix, is new.
