<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue body which can remarkably increase the thickness of the tissue body to be formed and moreover, enables the massive neogenesis of blood vessels containing blood capillaries by the maturation of the tissue. <P>SOLUTION: An artificial matter which has a pyridine derivative contained layer containing a pyridine derivative at least a part of its surface and so arranged as to release the pyridine derivative is imbedded in vivo to make the tissue body grow on the perimeter of the artificial matter.
