PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pack cosmetic having skin-brightening effect, anti-inflammatory effect and antimicrobial effect more excellent than those of conventional ones. SOLUTION: The pack cosmetic contains 2-15 mass% of mironecton fine powder and 0.001-5 mass% of hydrolyzed eggshell film.
