<p>Arrangement for conversion of electromagnetic radiation in accordance with DE-05 1950909 in which the electron conducting contact between a metal serving as electron acceptor and graphite acting as electron donor is obtained by means of ethylene glycol polymer dielectric which contains a redox pair whose normal potential E lies between that of the metal and that of the graphite, and especially at the center of this range.</p>
