PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for controlling the function of equipment by rotating a roller, in which a user can recognize a rotating angle of the roller without visually confirming the roller to perform a control operation. SOLUTION: In the controller 9 comprising the roller 7 for controlling the function of the equipment according to the rotating angle, the roller 7 has a rotating shaft 11 deviated from the central axis, so that the operating position of the operating surface of the roller 7 is changed according to rotation of the roller 7. According to this, the operating position of the operating surface is changed according to the rotating angle of the roller 7, and the rotating angle can be recognized by tactile sense without visual confirmation.
