PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with a spout capable of surely improving openability of the spout and its shape retention, and excellent in aptitude in use by applying simple working on a laminate film of the spout in a field of the bag with the spout to be used for refilling contents or the like. SOLUTION: The bag with the spout is constituted by forming the narrow spout 10 at one of ends of a laminate-film-made bag, sticking a tape-like sheet material 50 on an internal surface of the laminate film on at least one of surfaces of the spout 10, thermoforming the sheet material 50 and its external laminate film into an outward swelling trough at least in a region of the spout, and welding them.
