Stencil printing is performed using such an ink and a stencil printer comprising a rotatable drum which is provided with a stencil original paper on the surface of its outer circumferential wall, a means for supplying an ink from the print upstream side of the maximum print area of the outer circumferential wall of the drum, a press roll for pressing a print medium supplied against the outer circumferential wall, and a means for collecting ink.
