PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance voltage-dividing type D/A converting circuit whose nonuniformity of MOS resistance value is eliminated. SOLUTION: The resistance voltage-dividing type digital-to-analog conversion circuit 11 has a plurality of resistors 11 for dividing a prescribed voltage , a plurality of MOS transistors 12 for dividing the voltages developed at the respective resistors 11, a control circuit 2 which controls connections between the plurality of resistors 11 and the plurality of MOS transistors 12 for supplying the voltages developed at the respective resistors 11 to the plurality of MOS transistors 12, and a gate potential generating circuit 4. The gate potential generating circuit 4 generates a plurality of mutually different gate potentials so that the resistance values of MOS and the resistances of the plurality of MOS transistors 12 are mutually equal, and supplies the plurality of generated gate voltages to a plurality of gates of the plurality of MOS transistors.
