The bottle holder comprises two insert pockets (1,1') mounted on a rectangular elastic material strip (2) so that the bottoms of the pockets each lie at the ends of the strip and the pocket openings are opposite the centre of the strip so that a space is left between the opposing openings. The backs of the pockets can be fixed against one another by magnets , touch and close fasteners, press studs etc. The individual pockets are preferably insulated for hot or cold drinks or food. One pocket can be designed for bottles and the other for food.
