<p>The present invention discloses a network self-help service system and its order delivering method. The system comprises order center, self-help delivering terminal, client terminal, bank settlement system. The self-help service terminal, client terminal and bank settlement system connect with the order center respectively. The client terminal collects order information and order identity authentication information inputted by the client, uploads the information to the order center and receives the information returned by the order center. The self-help delivering terminal collects the order identity authentication information inputted by the client, and outputs the ordered product of the client after the identity authentication of the order center. Since the transaction information provided by the system of the present invention is transparent, a salesman needs not participate in the transaction. The system saves human resource and reduces human cost. The clients need not spend time purchasing on the spot, the suppliers need not spend human and material resources constructing the dispensing center, therefore, the sale and delivering cost of the tickets and service products are reduced greatly. The client directly obtains the ordered product or service on the self-help delivering terminal, the delivering way is automatic, fast and convenient.</p> |
