A medical treatment substance produced from natural substance and a preparation method thereof is provided to prevent and treat the endocrine system disease, immune system disease, inflammatory disease, musculoskeletal system disease, liver disease, digestive disease, circuit system disease and tumor. The method for preparing the medical treatment substance produced from a spider comprises the steps of: (a) removing impurities from the spider body, and dipping it in 70% ethanol for 5-15 minutes; (b) pressurizing the sterilized spider at 60 to 3000 deg.C; (c) pulverizing the spider with ultrasonic wave; (d) centrifuging the pulverized material to polarize it; (e) isolating proteins from the polarized material; and (f) pulverizing the isolated proteins with microparticles. |
