PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrin rubber (epihalohydrin-based rubber) composition excluding nickel compound and having same recovery to the conventional hydrin rubber at a high temperature. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the hydrin rubber composition excluding nickel compound comprising 100 pts.wt. of the hydrin based rubber, 2-5 pts.wt. of a metal soap.
