PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that management information on the server and dispersed data is necessary. SOLUTION: By applying redundancy partitioning to data by using a P2P network and dispersing/placing the data onto the network on the basis of a value obtained in a unidirectional function from meta-data indicating the data uniquely, the data are maintained without having management information or the server.
