PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner feeding roller having high opening ratio of cell, sufficiently low hardness and excellent compression set even under high temperature and humidity condition. SOLUTION: The toner feeding roller is provided with a core metal and a roller-shaped surface layer formed on the outer circumference of the core metal and made of a foamed elastomer. The foamed elastomer is produced by mixing and foaming at least (A) a polyol component containing a prescribed polyether polyol component (B) having an ethylene oxide unit at a terminal and a prescribed polyether polyol component (C) free from ethylene oxide unit and (D) an isocyanate component containing diphenylmethane diisocyanate or its derivative.
