PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable film excellent in shrinkage characteristics, transparency, heat resistance, and resistance to breakage and capable of being suitably used for shrink packaging, shrink-bundling packaging, a shrink label, etc. SOLUTION: This heat-shrinkable film has at least one layer comprising a layer which is formed by mixing 5-30 pts.mass of an aliphatic ester-based compound and/or an aromatic ester-based compound into 100 pts.wt. of a polystyrene-based resin containing syndiotactic polystyrene, wherein a heat shrinkage percentage of the film is not less than 30% in at least one direction, when the film is dipped in a hot water of 80°C for 10 sec.
