ION CONDUCTIVE PARTICULATE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND ELECTROCHEMICAL DEVICE USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particulates having high ion conductivity even at low temperature and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the ion conductive particulates comprises a step (1) of forming a plurality of particulates of metal iodide by reaction of metal ion and iodide ion in aqueous solution containing organic molecules, and a step (2) of heating the particulates of metal iodide so that at least a part of the particulates of metal iodide turns into super ion conduction phase. The metal ion is silver ion or copper ion for manufacturing particulates of silver iodide or particulates of copper iodide. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
