摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shift digital holography displacement distribution measuring device with an enlarged measuring range. SOLUTION: The displacement distribution measuring device has a laser beam source means for generating parallel laser beams, a beam splitting means for the laser beam generated by the laser beam source into two directions, a reference beam forming means for forming a reference beam from one of the laser beams split by the beam splitting means, and an imaging means. It is composed such that the other laser beam split by the beam splitting means is reflected by the object and impinged on the imaging means as an object beam, the reference beam is also impinged on the imaging means, and the imaging means forms a digital hologram from the object beam and the reference beam.
