PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box structure for jacking, which enables a sharply curved tunnel to be constructed by using a structure for reducing the contact of the following jacked box with a leading box during jacking. SOLUTION: This box structure 1 is constructed by jacking the box 3 in such a manner that a female guide surface 4 formed on one leading box 3 guides a male joint surface 5 formed on the other following box 3. A recessed groove part 6, which continues in the axial direction of the tunnel and in which a circumferential surface 6b with an opening 6a is provided on the side of the joint surface 5, is formed in the guide surface 4. The joint surface 5 is provided with a joint member 7 which is composed of an approximately truncated quadrangular pyramid-shaped protrusive member 71 protruding to the side of the guide surface 4, and a fitting member 72 fixed to a leading end of the protrusive member 71.
