PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise takeout port device of an automatic vending machine capable of sufficiently reducing noise when merchandise is discharged from a merchandise discharge port. SOLUTION: A fourth sponge 51 to be the resistance of turning when a theft preventing plate 20 is pushed by a discharge port door 10 and is turned to the front side is provided between an upper end to be the turning center of the theft preventing plate 20 and an upper frame 50. Since the fourth sponge 51 becomes the resistance when the theft preventing plate 20 is turned, the turning speed of the theft preventing plate 20 is reduced, a turning angle is also reduced, a speed when the theft preventing plate is turned to the front side and abutted on a pair of right and left guides 30 is reduced, and thus noise generated when it is abutted is reduced. Further, since the fourth sponge 51 becomes the resistance, the vibration of the theft preventing plate 20 when turned is suppressed, and the theft preventing plate 20 is prevented from being repeatedly abutted on the pair of right and left guides 30.
