PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting member capable of efficiently and easily constructing an integrate system of floor heating and air conditioning, having both of a floor heating function and an air conditioning function. SOLUTION: This connecting member 1 used in the all-in-one system of floor heating and air conditioning, comprising an outdoor unit having both of a function of a heating medium heat source machine generating heating medium for floor heating and a function of an air conditioner outdoor unit, further has a main body portion fittable to a sleeve hole formed on a wall surface, a set of connection pipes 3 for floor heating, penetrated through the main body portion in the thickness direction, and connecting an indoor heating medium pipe 5a communicating with heating medium piping for circulating the heating medium for floor heating and an outdoor heating medium pipe 5b communicating with the heating medium heat source machine, and a through hole for air conditioning, in which piping for connecting the air conditioner indoor unit and the air conditioner outdoor unit, is inserted.
