PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide milk whey protein food having stronger intestinal functions. SOLUTION: The milk whey protein food is obtained by compounding indigestible oligosaccharide such as fructooligo-saccharide, lactosucrose, lactulose or maltooligosaccharide, and water-soluble dietary fibers such as pictin, Cyamoposis Gum, Psyllium, xyloglucan or Locust bean gum, to milk whey protein.
