An automatic reaming machine for a blow molded bottle is provided to improve quality of a blow molding vessel and improve productivity by smoothly and uniformly sandpapering the outer peripheral surface of an inlet of a mineral water bucket. In an automatic reaming machine for a blow molded bottle, a cylinder(40) is installed in such a way that a shaft(42) reciprocates in a vertical direction on the top of a cylinder supporting plate. A hub is connected to the end of the shaft of the cylinder and rotatably supports the top portion of a spline shaft(13) in a vertical direction together with a trust supporting plate. A reamer(12) is provided at the bottom portion of the spline shaft. A spline boss guides the spline shaft up and down. A bush rotatably supports the spline boss by the medium of bearings. A spline side pulley(20a) transmits a rotation force of a motor(24) to the spline shaft. A sliding shaft is guided by an axial guide provided at the cylinder supporting plate. A limiter(46) stops the progress of a thrust supporting plate. A conveyor for transferring a vessel to be reamed and a plurality of clamping units to hold the top portion of the vessel are provided at a pair of frames(54,55).
